Urgent message for all patients – coronavirus

All face to face appointments have been cancelled. If you already have an appointment booked you will be telephoned on that day by a doctor. Please do not come to the surgery unless advised to do so by a GP.
Given the current health environment, we are working to minimise risk to our patients and staff so we can continue to provide essential services to all of our patients. From now on, all appointments will be triaged over the telephone by a clinician. Telephone consultations are available to be booked online.  If you do not have online access you can still call the reception desk on 02076037563 and they will make a telephone consultation appointment for you.
We continue to follow guidance from Public Health England, which is that all adults and children with a continuous cough OR fever >37.8C are advised to self-isolate:
How long to stay at home
  • if you have symptoms, stay at home for 7 days
  • if you live with other people, they should stay at home for 14 days from the day the first person got symptoms
  • If you live with someone who is 70 or over, has a long-term condition, is pregnant or has a weakened immune system, try to find somewhere else for them to stay for 14 days. If you have to stay at home together, try to keep away from each other as much as possible.
If you feel UNWELL, please go to 111 online for advice. https://111.nhs.uk/covid-19.
If you have ANY other symptoms or on-going problems, or need to speak to one of our clinical team urgently, call the surgery on 020 7603 7563 so we can arrange to support you in the safest way possible.
