URGENT MESSAGE FOR ALL PATIENTS:
Please do not come to the surgery unless advised to do so by a GP, Nurse or Receptionist.
Given the current health environment, we are working to minimise risk to our patients and staff so we can continue to provide essential services to all of our patients.
If you need a general practice appointment about something other than coronavirus and you have internet access, please contact the practice via our website using our new e-consult system where you will get an email or telephone response by the end of the next working day, or if you do not have internet access please telephone the Practice. You will be assessed and, as far as possible, you will receive advice, or care online or over the phone. If a face to face appointment is necessary, you will be advised on what to do. Please do not ATTEND the practice unless you’ve been advised to.
If you do not have online access you can still call the reception desk on 02076037563 and they will make a telephone consultation appointment for you.
If you have any symptoms of coronavirus, particularly a high temperature >37.8C, new persistent cough or loss of taste or smell please go to www.nhs.uk to check your symptoms via the 111 online consultation service and follow the specialist medical advice. Only call 111 if you can’t get online, you’ve been instructed to, or your symptoms worsen.
How long to stay at home
- if you have symptoms, stay at home for 7 days
- if you live with other people, they should stay at home for 14 days from the day the first person got symptoms
- If you live with someone who is 70 or over, has a long-term condition, is pregnant or has a weakened immune system, try to find somewhere else for them to stay for 14 days. If you have to stay at home together, try to keep away from each other as much as possible.
