How to Make an Appointment
Appointments may be booked in several ways:
Request an Appointment Online – Patchs
The best way to request a routine appointment online is to complete a Patchs online form which can be found on the website.
This form will be reviewed by the GP within 2 working days and you will be contacted by a member of the team by phone or text with a plan for the most appropriate next steps. This may be a call from the reception team to book a face-to-face appointment or telephone consultation with a GP, or a request to complete tests before seeing or speaking with a clinician (ie blood test, urine sample etc), or an appointment with our Nurse Practitioner or HCA.
Our doctors may also consult with you face-to-face, by phone, by video call or be text or email.
Our highly skilled Nurse Practitioner Jevan, is an advanced practice registered nurse and a type of mid-level practitioner. Jevan is trained to assess patient needs, order and interpret diagnostic and laboratory tests, diagnose disease, formulate and prescribe medications and treatment plans.
Wherever possible, we would ask you to complete a Patchs form prior to your appointment through this website so that the doctor has all the required information to make a decision about the best and most appropriate, timely care. The doctors really appreciate your time with this.
By Phone
Patients requiring more urgent care or with no online access can call and speak with a member of the reception team who will help find the best outcome depending on your needs. Reception telephone number: 020 7603 7563
